Suicide doesn’t end the pain. It just gives it to someone else. Most times, to multiple people….for the rest of their lives. The person who commits suicide dies once. Those left behind die a million deaths trying to figure out why!

Suicide does not end the chances of life getting worse, but it eliminates the possibility of it ever getting better.

If you’re considering such a final step, I implore you—hold on, reach out, speak to someone. Please….Your life is precious, help is available, and things WILL get better. 🙏🏽🫶🏽

Thank you, @keithhale for everything that you do. This is such an important battle. Your dedication to help prevent suicide is honorable and incredibly valuable.

Thank you, all, for being a beacon of compassion and determination in the effort to save lives, even by sharing this post. 🙏🏽❣️

Prayers of forgiveness / RIP Jonathan, Codie, Alex. 🙏🏽
